You never go wrong or hungry here best meatloaf to be found. WOW the cheesey biscuits are melt in your mouth good.

Ordered the Ruben sandwich.. delicious! House salad was huge. Loved that sandwich came with a pickle!! Disappointed I only have one stomach because I wanted to order everything on the menu... our waitress, with the green m&m hat, was very friendly and prompt!

Good atmosphere, good service, good price!

First time coming to CJs. Food was really good, our service was just ok. We did come at a busy time (Sunday at 11:00am). No one came by for drink refills at all, untill we stood up and was leaving. Also while leaving we noticed every other table had a basket of bread that we didn't get. Asked at the counter and they said it depends if we have bread at the time you order... Really? I guess we were the only table that they ran out on?? We may come back to try a second time, but won't rush.

I love to eat here regularly. I just wish they still honored military discounts. It seems as if lately, their policy has changed.

The person seating and checking people out was eating while dealing with customers and had food in their mouth while doing so.

Outstanding food. Eat there as often as I can. Had trouble with poor parenting and a loud child this trip. No reflection on CJs but maybe an area for guest with young children would be a good idea.

The place was packed today Columbus day, however we were seated immediately. That was the first positive sign. The food came out quickly, that was the second positive. Lastly, the portions were HUGE and delicious! Can't beat the price and the service was pretty good. Next time I come to town, I will have to make sure we stop by CJ's

CJ's Olde Towne Restaurant is the place to eat. If arriving during peak, lunch hours expect a short wait time for seating and food arrival. The food is fantastic here - one can order breakfast all day! Salads are HUGE and wonderful. Stop in when visiting Asheboro, NC. CJ's is only hop skip and jump from Fayetteville St. And Inerstate 73/74. Enjoy!

The breakfast is amazing, had it several times, I haven't got to try lunch or dinner yet but I'm sure it's just as good.

I always have a pleasant experience at this restaurant. Whether dining in or picking up takeout the staff is always friendly and courteous. The food is always good and portions are large enough to where you usually take some home .

Delicious home-style cooking. The biscuits are huge and so tasty. The servings are also large and leave little to be desired. Wonderful service too. PS Try the baked goods.

I love places like this! We like looking for local restaurants in various towns. Found this one by fluke. The food was superb and the prices were terrific! The cookies and pastries are to-die-for, and try the chicken pie. The bread and it was light as a feather. Portions are massive!

Our go to for breakfast every time I'm in Asheboro. Food is amazing and staff is the best!

The staff was friendly and atmosphere was quaint. Portion size was large. I ordered the veggie omelette with bacon, home fries and toast and shared with my daughter. It was enough to satisfy us both. The price was a bargain. They also sell homemade desserts. My daughter wouldn't let me get any but they look so delicious!

The food is awesome and reasonably priced. The wait staff is attentive and friendly. Once they know you, they will know to start your beverage order.

The food is good, but I will be honest, it's a very old restaurant and the floor was FILTHY! my mother and father in law love this place. Personally, I would rather eat elsewhere. Now the staff are some of the kindest people I have ever met and the food is, well cheap (which is why my elderly MIL & FIL) sing it's praises. I LOVE the graveyard across the street! It's full of history! The parking is awful! I mean ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! but again, the wait staff are some of the nicest people I have ever met!
